I recently had a disappointing experience at your restaurant that I feel compelled to share. While dining, I found a hair in my pizza, which I promptly brought to the attention of the staff. Unfortunately, instead of receiving an apology or an attempt to make the situation right, the staff was completely uninterested and unapologetic. They insisted that I pay the full amount for the meal without offering any resolution. When I came there was a couple that was taking bridal pictures there. I felt uncomfortable and the photographer was leaning towards my space too many times. I could literally smell her sweat. We asked them many times we felt uncomfortable, so I left outside and then they started taking pictures outside and they should show us what photos they took.
