I arrived in Amman Thursday late at night and left my wonderful Carob Hostel super early in the morning on Friday to find a spot to drink my 1L Turkish coffee and discover the city.

Unfortunately for me, Friday is their free day. Like our Sunday in Europe. The city started to be in movement, souk was open with screaming guys on the street.

I found an ATM and decided to hit the stairs direction the famous Rainbow street. On my way I saw a 🐫 and fabulous. An open coffee.

At the beginning I didn't really understand what a feteer was. But then after 3 coffees I decided to take one and it's kind of tinny skin calzone filled with whatever you want inside.

The cheese one was delicious but take care of your diabetes and if you can't share it, take just half portion (fully enough, trust me).

So I was at that place on day 1 and I return there on my last day for another Feteer (garlic chicken). I took half this time and it disappeared in my stomach in a second.

I don't know if it's really typical but it's so damn good. So highly recommended when you get tired of hummus 🤣🇯🇴❤️
