I arrived in Amman Thursday late at night and left my wonderful Carob Hostel super early in the morning on Friday to find a spot to drink my 1L Turkish coffee and discover the city. Unfortunately for me, Friday is their free day. Like our Sunday in Europe. The city started to be in movement, souk was open with screaming guys on the street. I found an ATM and decided to hit the stairs direction the famous Rainbow street. On my way I saw a 🐫 and fabulous. An open coffee. At the beginning I didn't really understand what a feteer was. But then after 3 coffees I decided to take one and it's kind of tinny skin calzone filled with whatever you want inside. The cheese one was delicious but take care of your diabetes and if you can't share it, take just half portion (fully enough, trust me). So I was at that place on day 1 and I return there on my last day for another Feteer (garlic chicken). I took half this time and it disappeared in my stomach in a second. I don't know if it's really typical but it's so damn good. So highly recommended when you get tired of hummus 🤣🇯🇴❤️

I'm retired from the Fine Dining industry in California after 26 years. I'm visiting from the U.S.A. My girl friend & I live in Rainbow St. I love 'Fattayer.' in Jordan. After we walked earlier into another 'Fattayer' place and they were out of spinach; we decided to walk on Rainbow St. to find another place to eat. It was our 1st. time dining there after we walked into it & started talking to the guys about the menu. They were so helpful, friendly & professional. The service was great. The 'Fattayer' were made with different kind of dough, that i ended loving more than the standard 'Fattayer' because i don't like standard-bread that much. Their soft, thin, crispy and delicious crust nailed them 5 stars. Caesar salad was also very good. Karkaday drink was perfect and not too sweet. My girl friend also loved her lemon-mint drink. WE had a great time. Thank you guys. with love

One of my absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Amman! I love going there especially during summer time ☀️ The pastries are soo yummy and so are the salads. The juice is also fresh and tasty. We tried their dessert and they’re pretty traditional, my friend liked them but they weren’t to my liking. I also tried their 7th circle branch and the food was just as good, but I prefer the outdoor seating in this branch as it’s much nicer.

I really like this place; nice location on rainbow st with outdoor seating; a very good option for breakfast, I try and come here once every time I visit. American coffee can be improved upon, but the food is delicious, we had fatayer, the Haloumi cheese with tomato, olives and Zaatar, the sujuq one is to die for, and the pastrami was good too. Friendly server. All in all a very nice experience.

So this is like a pizza pie. Thin crust on top and bottom. A variety of fillings. Half size or like a small pizza size. Nice peach ice tea. Seating in literally on the sidewalk watching the people and cars go by. In the pics is a full menu. I had a sausage pie but I would come back to try a chicken or fajita pie. A little pricey but it is rainbow street.

Tasty cheese and filodough pies. If you love melty cheeses with herbs, grilled in a stone oven, then this place will make you happy. Enjoy the varieties with either basterma as thre dried well seasoned aged meat adds a layer of flavor to the grilled cheese. Overall great experience and can be consumed for breakfast, brunch as well as lunch or dinner.
