If you are looking for the perfect place to eat in Amman, I highly recommend checking out Nabteh o Fatteh. This establishment offers some of the best food in the city, at prices that won't break the bank.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile and happy to offer recommendations or assistance in any way they can. The atmosphere is also excellent, with good music playing in the background and a lively ambiance that adds to the overall dining experience.
But of course, the real star of the show here is the food. The menu is full of delicious dishes that are expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. From traditional Jordanian dishes to more international offerings, there is something for everyone on the menu. I highly recommend trying the kebabs or the hummus, both of which are outstanding.
Overall, If you are looking for a perfect place to eat in Amman, this is the spot to go to. With great food, good prices, friendly staff, and good music, it really has everything you could want in a dining...
Read moreThe week after Eid Al Adha I went with my family to Nabteh O Fatteh. We usually liked the place because it was quite and the service was good in addition to the good views that you see.
However, this time was surprisingly disappointing. Firstly, the staff was unprofessional and unorganized. Every waiter didn’t have their mask on and they weren’t in any kind of unified uniform. One waiter tried to carry more than one item off the table and ended up dropping it on the floor.
I ordered Turkish coffee and one cup wasn’t clean it had some residue of coffee in it.
We almost had three salt shakers at our table. Some were dirty and we did have any pepper shaker on the table.
The bathroom didn’t have any electricity and there wasn’t any maintenance for the cleanliness of the place. I had to use the bathroom in the dark only the sink area was lit.
The food was nice but I just highly recommend that they work on the service and...
Read moreThis place was my favorite place in Amman, as the location is amazing and the food was really good. Yesterday, I took my family who came from abroad to visit the place, the food arrived and as usual the food was great. Midway, I found a man’s hair in my plate, I called the waiter and he started convincing me that this was from a mushroom, while it was clearly not as the hair is curly and the hair strand is tough, resembling a man’s beard most probably. He ended up saying all my chefs wear caps and “يمكن منكم" accusing us while the hair was found midway inside the food.
Nonetheless, I asked for the bill and paid the amount(because we already ate) Such mistakes happen, but the least I would have expected from the service is acknowledgement and an apology. Not trying to convince us that a curly short hair strand comes from a mushroom, then after showing him how it’s a hair strand , we get accused that...
