The Bake House — Restaurant in Amman

Just to start by saying that I had been a patron of this establishment since it was a small one-door, family run.

I am currently visiting Jordan and went there with my friends. We waited quite a while to get service. Then 20 mins after they took our order, they brought the food for two of us and then remembered to tell the third that what he asked for was not available so he had to order something else... which meant that we couldn't eat. So they took our plates and promised to replace them, but then brought the same cold plates with his food. 10 mins later he needed to remind them of his drink. They brought it without a glass, until we asked.

The food would have been good if it hadn't been cold, but the service was quite careless and...

If breakfast is your favourite meal of the day, then this is the place for you I absolutely love their omelettes, and i don't even like eggs that much Waffles are fluffy, pancakes even fluffier Portions are decent, so if you're used to sharing meals, you might as well do it here too You get to refill your coffee which is a great feature tbh First floor was full every time i visited, ground was almost empty, which is good for safety reasons Chairs are comfy Ask for the wifi password Atmosphere is family friendly Staff are nice, sometimes they might take a bit to respond so kindly be patient because it's crowded for a reason You can pay...

Went to the Bake House as wanted to have a different breakfast than the traditional food and I wasn't disappointed. We order - Waffles and Pancakes, both with blueberries, cream & butter, hot chocolate and orange juice. We were confused between onion rings and fries, but went with fries. And guess what, we got Onion rings on the house. (Don't I love free food) All the items were fresh and tasty, there was ample of seating space and the staff was attentive.
