I had a terrible experience at this pub. The service was extremely slow, with an unreasonable delay in receiving our drinks. To make matters worse, my two IQOS machines were stolen, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, their response was simply “الله يعوض عليك” instead of offering any real assistance.
