Red's — Restaurant in Amman

I've been at Reds several times. However, the last time I went there with my friends, both service and food quality were subpar 👎also, most of the QR code stickers on the tables were defective. As such, we could not order food and the waiter had to call out every item in the menu for us to chose from. When we requested a hard copy of the menu, we were told there wasn't one 🤔 then the final shocker that really made me make my mind not to step foot in this place again: the bill was shockingly high despite the fact that we only ordered waffle potatoes, one order of salad, a steak sandwich, and some chicken fingers (60 JDs). This place used to be one of my favorite places in Amman. But the staff turned out to be the worst. Very unprofessional staff. I went there last week at 11 PM with my friends, the three of us ordered beers, 10 mns later a guy came and he was like you should order more there’s a minimum order 20 jds, no one told us that on the door, it was a weekday, and i always go there its the first time to mention a minimum order.
