I was at a club with my girlfriend, dancing and having fun while buying a lot of drinks. She enjoys it when I kiss her on the dance floor, and we were just having a good time. Suddenly, the security came up to me and said they didn’t like me. They wanted to take me to a private room to talk, but I can’t speak Russian or Kazakh.

My girlfriend offered to translate, but the security refused and said they only wanted to talk to me alone. I was confused because all I was doing was kissing her and dancing with her. It felt like they just didn’t like me because I’m a foreigner. Even though I had spent plenty of money there, they didn’t care.

Honestly, it seemed like they just wanted to intimidate and scare me. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t let my girlfriend come as a translator, especially since the situation involved both of us. In the end, we decided to leave. Security like that really makes the place feel unfriendly, and they should be reported for...

Very rigid unwanted rules defined and all of the rules are manipulated first before paying.

Lets say they asked for 5000 entry and 4000 unlimited beer total 9000 tenge for 1 person. We were ok with it.

So once i enter obviously you will look for a seat and all the seats were empty still they charge extra 30000 tenge to sit, now you have a designated area of standing with your drink you can not roam around bar with the glass said by the security even you want to have sheesha you cant leave that place. As due to unlimited drink crowd in that corner is so bad and drunk.

Even bartender gave vodka with energy drink we request for vodka with cola they didnt gave us “set rules are very rigit and useless”

Not worth going The Hostess on Entrance has no manners to speak to customers. Surely very rude and Racist, when we went it was all empty at 11 pm, but she showed no interest to give us any information. Kept repeating about charges for entry and table reservation, for which we were also convinced but she asked to deposit all the amount then go inside.
