Mad Murphy’s Irish Pub — Restaurant in Almaty

It’s not a pub, it’s an ordinary restaurant, nothing special about it. They have a 10% service charge. I went on the quiz night and had two Mad Murphy’s pints (1890 T) each, so the bill should be 4158 T with the 10% charge, but I got a bill of 4928 T and when I asked why? The waitress couldn’t answer me because her English is very poor and she doesn’t have a printed bill so I can check it. And because I was really in a hurry I just paid and left. Badly managed. Go here only if you want to sit for an hour waiting for your food post which you get just the Naan which will get cold by the time the rest of the food arrives. The waiters are clueless. If a waiter takes your order, you can't even ask for water from another waiter. You'll be waiting for the waiter, oh the irony. Sad place. Avoid it.
