COFFEE ORIGINAL — Restaurant in Almaty

You have to order on ChocoLife app that not everyone has. You have to have a local number to have ChocoLife app. The AC was blasting at 16 degrees but they put it at 20 after we asked them. The burger was subpar, the meat very hard, the burger bun overtoasted. The french breakfast was brought in with scrambled eggs even though the picture showed sunny side fried eggs. The chicken and bulgur meal was good. The thai chicken was good. The waffle meal i ordered for my child never came. They offered us croissants or french fries instead. My child was upset and hungry and disappointed.

Overall experience sadly was not good.

This place has a great potential, but their ordering system needs improvement, they either need to minimize their menu or hire more chefs to cater to the fully packed place without any confusion and...

Nice cafe with delicious food, we tried the berry tea which was very fragrant and tasty, turkish eggs and croissants. Well made. The highlight was the service, amazingly polite staff, helped out with the menu and no need to order from the app or online menu as mentioned in an older review. Our card payments failed 3 times and the staff was very patient and helpful in letting us resolve our card issue with the bank (we had no cash), 4th time the card worked though after Some settings were corrected. They also showed us the nearest money exchange. Praises for the all staff...

Beautiful Cafe, friendly staff with good selection of cakes and pastries. The widows are full height and facing the streets, providing nice views, especially while snowing like today. They have the usually coffees like expresso, americano, cappuccino, latte and flat white. Cakes include layered honey cake (which I had), cheesecake, brownie, abs black forest.
