It's a nice place. The food is okay and coffee is good. It's stylised as a place for westerners. Our family of five went for Breakfast at 8:45am we ordered full breakfasts for each of us and four coffees and one hot chocolate. After ordering about 10 minutes later two couples arrived who ordered breakfast and drinks. We then saw them both get their food and drinks before us and finish before we had even got all of our food. It's really important that the restaurant staff and the kitchen are working together. If you go to any restaurant in the world and you order food before other customers but receive it later than them it is a really bad look and makes the customer feel second rate. The waiters were excellent but the kitchen which made our food later than any other guests treated us disrespectfully. Waiting staff and the kitchen need better communication. My fried egg was only half cooked. We had an appointment at 9:30 but didn't get all our food until 9:45. I'd love to write a good review but this was honestly our experience. If you could get the food cooked properly and to the people on time and place priority on those who come in first it would make us want...

The food options, especially for breakfast, made me very happy- as there was a wide variety of dishes, with dietary restriction options, which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable for someone lactose intolerant like myself.
