After repeated calls, they finally sent a technician late at night who began repairing it inside my room — disturbing my rest and invading my privacy. There was no apology, no concern, just indifference. To make things worse, the fridge broke down again the very next morning. By then, I had lost all confidence in the service and simply gave up.Breakfast was equally disappointing — not only in quality but in the effort it takes to reach the dining area. You must exit the main building, go around the back, climb stairs, and walk a fair distance, only to find an uninspiring and minimal selection. Not worth the hassle.The final straw was at checkout.
