The shisha service guy was good and the drink staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed, as tourists from Europe and another part of Kazakhstan, that openly ultranationalist clients at other tables (those who want to impose Sharia law) glared at us for being foreign visitors, one of us with tattoos. Usually, Kazakhstan is a wonderful country to its visitors. We are respectful travelers and do not like to be stared at. We felt uncomfortable and had to leave early. A decent place I'd say, nothing more nothing less.

The shisha was average, not bad enough to send it back but not good enough to recommend either. It is very reasonably priced, especially during happy hours.

The female staff was disinterested but the male staff were reasonably polite.

The margherita pizza was quite nice, with a nice cheesy crust.
