Great ambience especially the outdoor terrace with nice surreal live planters on either side. The double volume above the front counter is epic esp as you wind up the stairs!! The inside sitting however is not very cosy nor inviting.

However, the customer service is very very bad, slow and dismissive. The staff are not customer oriented but rather very relaxed. We moved tables since they requested us (me & my date) to move so as to clean 2 hours before their stated closing time and instead of bringing us our unfinished cups of coffee or at least asking us 1st, The lady proceeded to clear the table and pour them! DISAPPOINTING MILENIAL FILLED KIND OF ATTITUDE IN SERVICE. Its also abit pricey compared to any such places around town...

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff (Dennis) was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, perfect for a date night or special celebration.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The Lasagna Ragu was a standout, cooked to perfection with a delicious balance of spices. Their attention to detail in both taste and presentation is truly commendable.

The milkshakes were expertly crafted, and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal—decadent but not overly sweet.

there is a new man at the till taking orders and he messed up my order, I'd ordered a single espresso and I'd gotten a double and I only find out after getting the bill, I did not ask for them to change it because it would feel like I'm cheating them but the truth is the guy taking the order didn't even hear what I'd asked for and I was served something other then what I ordered and overcharged as a result so I'm going to stick with Java House because atleast they don't mess...
