Decided to try a different menu for a quick lunch. Was served by a waitress Catherine and on placing the order, she said 15 minutes the food will be served. That's sounded good. Post 25 minutes no sign of food. After complaining the food still took around additional 10 minutes. Seem the food was made in hurry and not upto to taste. Fish was half crumbed , onions rings were cut and soggy. While having the food , a lady appears out and says . Yes!!. She failed to introduce herself and had no courtesy at all. She kept saying we can sort out here between us and instructed not to escalate. She was very adamant that response to be given to her while we are having soggy food. Totally unprofessional attitude.!!! Seems she was enjoying her lunch or siesta inside and was not concerned at all and was forced to come out of her hibernation. We did not see any manager on floor while we were waiting for our food for 30mins. The moment we finished our food the bill was promptly put on our table in 10 seconds.
