Konaku — Restaurant in The plateau of Dukagjin

Rude and slow service. We waited a long time for our food and I could understand that regarding how busy it was. When the food arrived, it was a little burned. We didn't get knives and napkins, so we asked for it. The ober only brought us knives after around 10 minutes and walked away immediately. We asked again for napkins when we saw him, because until he brought the knives we already were eating with our hands and cutting our food with forks. He never came back. I asked another ober to bring me a water and the receipt. Again 10 minutes passed by and he didn't bring it. When I saw him again, I asked him if he could bring me that bottle of water, but he also didn't show up and 20 minutes had passed by now. We got up and tried to have a conversation with the first ober and his colleague that we got bad service and we wanted some discount or at least a bottle of water for free. The guy told us he couldn't do that because he is not the boss. He didn't come with a solution, let us pay the whole price, and was rude about it. First i wanted to enjoy the view from the tarrace one of the reasons that i was sit on this restaurant but for some reason was not ready and they didn't allowed us there. Second, honestly the breakfast was not healthy, I didn't enjoy it much, the fries were cold almost burnt and like sticks, just 3 strips of tomatoes and cucumber each and a couple of chicken prosciutto, a couple of strips cheese and one margarine together with the cheese, margarine is considered not healthy and then the boiled egg which they forgot to serve it but send it later. For me breakfast means eggs, good quality cheese and prosciutto or panceta depends on menu and fresh tomatoes and butter. Non of that was fresh. I paid 15 euros for 2 ppl which is a lot for...

Waited for over an hour. The waiter came up to us after like 50 minutes and said: "yeah we have a lot to do, you gotta wait abit more", while the place was half empty. The phrase already indicates that they forgot about us. People that came after us got served before. The food finally arrived. 3 out of 5 plates were cold. The crepes were fine but the omlettes were oversalted. We didn't get any knives to cut the food. Had to cut it with spoons.
