Чайхана MUBARAK — Restaurant in Bishkek City

Worst experience. The food is delicious and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. But the service is a mess.

My good memories of 4 days in Kyrgyzstan were ruined in a single moment.

I'll just list the facts. Even water was not brought for over 30 minutes after I ordered. The server said they couldn't make trout salad and recommended chicken salad. When I asked for chicken salad, another server said that I could not order the chicken salad. No one paid any attention, but the customers sitting next to me complained on their behalf. Then, a manager came and said that beshbarmak would be coming out soon. and gave me coffee and chocolate cake as an apology. In the end, it took 2 hours to eat one beshbarmak and leave.

Of course, I am very grateful for the manager's apology and effort to resolve the problem.

However, it is difficult to view all of this as simply a matter of language or communication. Would I have been treated this way if I were Kyrgyz, not a foreigner? I want to ask the store owner if he is a racist. If not, an explanation is needed. If it's simply a mistake made by two or three employees, they had to explain why the order was delayed. But no one explained the situation and the reason why they did not...

We came across this restaurant after going to Oak Park. It looked welcoming and was popular with locals. Great choice!!

An elegant and well-decorated restaurant, spacious and really friendly staff. There are Eastern and European dishes but I definitely recommend their own specialities. Delicious Mubarak salad, dumpling soup and kebabs and tasty fruit lemonades 🍹

12% service charge, very reasonably priced we paid just under 8...

В Бишкеке я впервые!

У меня море эмоций! Моего официанта зовут: Сыймык Он познакомил меня с местной кухней, терпеливо и с улыбкой рассказал о меню. Пишу отзыв, не отходя от кассы.

Очень чисто, современно и очень много ценителей заведения. Очень много семейных людей, не одиноких. Посетители берут много мясных блюд. В ресторане нет алкоголя - это тоже радует.

Видно, что руководство построило хорошую команду. Встретила девушка, есть зона ожидания. Приятно когда на входе приходится немного (чуточку) подождать, это говорит о том, что ресторан ценится.

Итак: Мне достаточно быстро принесли Боорсок (это булочки из дрожжевого теста, подается со сметаной) Далее - теплый салат из овощей. Основное блюдо: три мяса (баранина, курица, форель - необычное сочетание + ризотто.

Цены очень низкие (по сравнению с СПб)

Имея большой опыт в создании отзывов и прочитав некоторые ниже, я не согласен с оценкой 1 или 2 звезды, это эмоциональные отзывы - в общей базе ресторан хорош и я ставлю твердое 5.
