WakeUp Bishkek — Hotel in Bishkek City

It's a very cool modern 😎 hostel. I like the curtains on the beds and the kitchen has many small round tables. There's a beer bar over the road and a health food shop and super market next door . I've been here two weeks and paid approx 11,840 som . I pay every two days . The other night there was screaming in the hall and no-one will tell me why but that night was so noisy and people come here to go hiking but they walk in and out all night and disrupt sleep. On that time I didn't get to sleep for 41 hours which was really hard .so it you come here bring ear plugs and an eye mask because people also leave their bed lights on and no staff worry about it . This place is often full and the beds are comfortable.

There is only one female shower the other has just a tap in it . And the doors on the shower don't lock .

I still this place 5 stars because the beds are very comfortable and if you fight for your sleep by telling people to switch of their lights you will get a blissful sleep before your moutnians hike just don't stay here ling term if you find a cheaper...

The location of the hostel is very close to the squares, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 5am and they let me check in right away and I was able to take a rest after a long flight. I was also able to switch to a bottom bunk bed later. When I left to go to Jyrgalan for my treks, they let me leave my luggage behind. And they also got me a taxi to the bus station. The staff are awesome. I forgot where I put my towel and had to ask for another one and they gave me a new one. They speak really good English too. The facilities are somewhat clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a shelf where you can put your stuff and an outlet to charge your phone. You can also use the locker outside by the door to store your stuff. They also offer laundry for a fee. A pair of flip flop is provided since you are required to leave your shoes outside. I definitely stay here whenever I come back to Bishkek. I checked in last night but previous to my checkin I called for assistance with location. Dina helped me with locating the hostel and upon arrival she greeted me and helped with my checkin. She showed me around me the hostel and was very cordial and friendly. I was very impressed with the hostel as it is levels above other hostels I have visited. This location is more of a trendy boutique hostel with great color themes and a dormitory designed in great taste. Overall this is a very nice hostel that makes you feel at home. I had an incredible experience but DIna made the difference in service and hospitality....
