Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jūrmala

Für das teure Geld hätte ich einen richtigen Aperol erwartet - kein bitterer Fake - would have expected real stuff - normal original Aperol Spritz - and not a bitter cheap fake of z Aperol. Paid 59€ for 1 bed, Coffee & Aperol spritz. Bed was 40€ - so for a coffee 5€ & fake bad Aperol 14€ (at least it had more than one Orange slice!) Bed & towels of good quality . But: constantly every few minutes the kitchen is ringing a bell fiercely for calling the waiter to pick the food - even heard at front row at the beach - very annoying- I went to the desk asking to stop this - now way - loudness also not reduced . Felt like in a fast food...

While walking at the beach my kids got terribly hungry. Passed by this bar and ordered French fries. I was wearing linen shirt over my bikini and kids were in swimming suits. While sitting at almost empty restaurant and waiting for my take away I was kicked out by some cheap style manager lady who dared to shout on me “put some shorts”. Shout! Not coming and silently saying “excuse me but this is restaurants policy…”. Avoid such places with such customer service at all cost. Stopped at the beach bar for a drink, as it had nice view of the sunset. They did not have ingredients for Negroni, so we went for Margaritas. Well, ehat we got was some margarita inspired drink with ice cubes floating in a plastic "glass". Not sure if it was premade drink or they use the cheapest altertives, but neither tripple sec, nor tequila were right. Eur 15 per coctail, that taste like in some cheap all inclusive resort...
