Worst customer service I ever experienced anywhere in world in a coffee shop! This happened just now ! I normally don’t write reviews but this was so traumatic I had to write! I ordered ice latte and when I expressed it’s not what I was expecting the person a guy who’s working there angry told this is what I order and when I expressed I didn’t know it’s gonna come this way I asked if I can change for whet I want he kept ignoring me, and when I asked again he took money out from cash machine and slammed it aggressively. For a second I thought he will jump out and hit me he was so annoyed that I asked him to exchange coffee. He looked from the beginning very annoyed to even be there.

Look , if you have a bad day don’t express it to your customers! Just stay home!

I do not reconvened this experience to anyone! And to go to this place. If you ordered wrong coffee - forget it , you will get your money back with...

Lovely place with a wide variety of hot beverages—pretty much anything you could want. However, the huge selection seems to have come at the expense of service. Strangely, during peak hours, there was only one lady serving and taking care of the entire shop—and it wasn’t small! It was a bit crazy to see that.
