It was a terrible mistake to even come here today.
I went there with my 4 friends to celebrate March 8th. Okay, the waitibg time is long asf, but it’s kindd of a holiday, so, we understand, it’s not a problem. The problem is the attitude of the workers and irresponsibility. We ordered 5 drinks - An iced tea, which was the same as the Short Island Iced Tea, because, as the worker said, “some ingredient is missing”. Couldn’t he have said it BEFORE he started making the drink? Alr, i guess. Next, the pina colada - why does it look like pineapple juice with a mix-in of sink water? It’s supposed to be creamy and thick. Let’s get to the topic of food, finally.
Burger(1) [Bacon burger]: it arrived after at least 40 minutes after we ordered it, after we’ve reminded the worker 3 times about it, and the amount of bacon is a damn joke (not to mention it’s fried ham, not bacon). Also, the patty is not good at all.
Burger(2) [Ezīša burger]: arrived after about 60 minutes of waiting. The bottom bun is burned and hard. It’s crunchy. Is it a joke? The meat can’t even be chowed properly. The burger is absolutely disgusting.
Pasta(1) [Two penne pastas with chicken and mushrooms]: For some reason, the worker put it into the system as two pastas with curry sauce, and it arrived a but cold. I had to tell the worker about it and he just shrugged his shoulders, started doing something when i asked “and what are we going to do?”.
Pasta(2) [Mozzarella pasta]: generally disgusting.
Employee: sat down with us at the table to ask about our oder, which was already messed up 4 times. My boy, are we your friends or something? What the hell?
Update: The worker with a beard started talking roughly to me when i tried explaining the problem, accusing me of lying, of not communicating to them previously (even though i have), tried blaming me for the whole situation and laughing at me.
Also, refused to give the money back for those two wrong pastas. We got those two new pastas as takeout items and tried them we we got home (literally a 7 minute walk) - they were both dry, there were no spices, both dishes were TASTELESS and flew into the trash. This experience wasn’t worth the ~60€ we paid as a group of 5 and we still want the money back.
Ruined march 8th....
Read moreI have had previous experience with this food chains restaurants before. But the saying "Third times a charm" is crazy! Because it felt like a completely different experience. The bartender welcomed me with a big and warm smile! I ordered (Salmon Salad), but since I'm not a big fan of avocado I asked can I swap it out? To which the bartender asked,; "Maybe there's something that you would like instead for a small additional cost?" And I just had to go with some bacon and extra ingredients. As for a drink I took a (Latte) and was kindly asked to wait by the counter whilst it's being made. I started to admire the design of the place and aperantly I took to long, as the bartender brought me the coffee himself. And besides all that I didn't pay that much, because turns out if you are a student and you have a ID that proves it. One can get a discount which I was notified by the bartender yet again. It is so clear that this Ezītis Miglā values it's costumers allot! So I for sure will be coming...
Read moreThe place is good if you want to get drunk in between teenagers which isn’t their fault. Other than that the place has nothing really to offer. For staters the bar manager/ bartenders are too casual, with no sense of professionalism and the cocktails are worse than you can imagine ,hence the stars which I put for the atmosphere for just the place itself. The bartender as of today seemed to be much involved with his friends rather than waiting our table. Heavily not recommended. You can consider places like Tinto or vina studija any day if you want a o have a good time and good service from the people.. As a tourist I hope these people will take it seriously and make changes with...
