If you're in Riga, O’Paps is a must-visit, especially for their pelmeni soup! This dish comes in a flavorful, salty broth with mushrooms, herbs, and perfectly cooked dumplings filled with meat. It’s traditionally served with sour cream on the side, but we enjoyed it just as it was!
