Waiter got our order wrong on a €40 steak, after a conversation which turned heated with the waiter he agreed to cook another, but left all sides with us, then said it would be 40mins for the steak, I asked for freshly cook veg and fried potatoes and it resulted in an argument, at which point I told the waiter to forget my order because I don’t want it after him arguing with me. I was then told I have to pay a total of €56 for the meal I never had. All in all it was down to very rude service by the waiter and a simple solution would of been to just apologise for his mistake and cook what I had ordered, rather than leaving me with the veg for 40 minutes before my steak arrived. Horrible service, first they said card payment is not possible so we need to pay by cash we accepted it, then I ordered dry aged ribeye-which is stated 36 euros in the menu but waiter said it is 40 euros because gramage is higher he was super rude, we accepted that as well. My husband ordered tenderloin and medium well, it was very overcooked even more than well done, when we said this to waiter he claimed that this is medium well and explaining how medium well steak is like Which was ridiculous like we never eaten steak before. Again the attitude was super rude. Horrible steak, very expensive all side dishes are extra. Total tourist trap. We waited for the change more than 15 min again ridicoulous for a place work...

Average and somewhat overpriced food for this kind of place, but the service was absolutely atrocious. Pre booked a table for 11, attended by one incompetent waiter, but order an over priced bottle of wine and it's opened, decanted, tested and poured by two wine waiters !! The first couple served in our party had finished their meals before the last people were even served ! No slates for flambé steaks, so had to be done on the plates ! Orders were wrong, sauces and sides either late or completely forgotten, a complete and utter nightmare experience....and for this they have the nerve to add on a compulsory 10%...
