I ordered at the counter and said I wanted a Hamburger Teller and a soft drink. Then she asked me, "With fries?" and I said yes (I knew the Hamburger Teller already included fries)Cause it says on the big tarpoline that its included. I didnt look at how much i paid .

After I paid, I checked the receipt and saw this: 1 Hamburger Teller: 21 CHF 1 Pommes: 8.50 CHF 1 Mineral: 4.50 CHF

I went back to the counter and spoke to another worker. I asked why there was a charge for fries when the Hamburger Teller already includes them. Why should I pay for extra fries? She laughed at me for complaining and told me that I had ordered extra fries, which I didn't. She didn't refund me, and to make it worse, the food wasn't even good.

The fries were oily and had no salt. The burger was tasteless, a complete waste of money.

I paid 34 CHF for food that didn’t even fill me up.

Don't trust the pictures provided at the counter. Those are stock photos that look nothing like the actual product. Our Currywurst was just a bit of Bratwurst with cocktail sauce and maybe a bit of Curry in it, but definetly no proper curry ketchup. 10 CHF for that. The Döner Pizza was small and cut up badly, we didn't get cutlery with it. 18 CHF.

Geschmack: Der Geschmack des Döners war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber leider nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Es fehlte an den typischen Aromen und Gewürzen, die man von einem guten Döner erwartet. Hier wäre definitiv mehr Feingefühl in der Zubereitung wünschenswert.

Portionsgröße: Die Portionsgröße war enttäuschend. Der Döner war sehr dürftig belegt, insbesondere was das Fleisch betrifft. Für den Preis von 13 Euro hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet, da ich bei einem Döner immer auf eine großzügige Portion setze.

Frische: Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Frische des Fleisches. Das Fleisch war nicht frisch vom Spieß, sondern schien aus gefrorenen Tüten zubereitet worden zu sein. Für einen Dönerladen ist das ein großes Minus, da man frisches, saftiges Fleisch erwartet.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Der Preis von 13 Euro pro Döner ist für die gebotene Qualität einfach viel zu hoch.

Ausstattung: Zudem gab es keinen Schawarma-Spieß, was in einem Dönerladen eigentlich Standard sein sollte und die Authentizität des Angebots vermindert.
