New Castle — Restaurant in Vaduz

There were several staff inside. Unfortunately, the one who served us, though not very rude, was NOT polite at all.

After we just sat down, she just came and quickly asked what we wanna drink. We asked if there is a drink menu, she said no. She responded us in an unpleasant and inpatient way. No drink menu is extremely ridiculous.

We asked her if there is an English menu, she just immediately NO, but then came back with English menu which mean she did not even wanna try to find for us at the beginning.

She had no smile when serving us but she was clearly nicer serving other guests who speak German.

My friend put his jacket at the back of his chair. She came and told him cannot put there because someone will sit on the chair behind my friend's chair in a cold attitude. But later when that customer sat down, she could put her jacket at the back of her chair.

The way that waitress treated us was not good at all and we felt we were treated differently.

People are smoking inside which was so annoying.

The other staff seems okay but not a place to recommend AT All if you don't...

I was spending a few days in Vaduz and was trying mostly all restaurants around, I've arrived to this place around the same time the Vaduz sound festival was taking place this year and upon my entry to the restaurant I've asked a man if I could have a seat and he was very very rude to me asking me to go sit inside the restaurant not outside when outside all the tables were empty, and I asked him nicely I'd really love to sit outside and in all arrogance and impolite behavior he said "I SAID INSIDE!" obviously I've left the restaurant and went to another place that have better respected me and respected speaking to their potential customers in a way that presents their restaurant and their upbringing. Definitely not recommended, they have no respect to their customers and don't understand how to treat...

In spite of a published menu at the entrance, and having arrived well within lunch hours, me and my friends (from Spain and Argentina) got told -rather rudely- there were only chicken and fish nuggets left to eat. We could see nonetheless other meals in other people's tables. We left as we found it outrageous. But what I found even more outrageous is to then come here and see so many similar reviews!!!!. All the same experience- All from foreigners. I think this shows this establishment has much bigger and serious issues than just plain food or bad service... and it is definitely not worth to feature on Liechtenstein tourism website, unlike they want to drive people away.
