Istoriko Jono Tatorio duomenimis, dabartinės „Viktorijos“ vietoje XVIII a. antrojoje pusėje veikė „Baltojo žirgo“ karčema. XIX a. pirmojoje pusėje ji priklausė turtingam pirkliui, kuris netoliese turėjo ir sandėlį. Stačiakampio plano dviaukščiame pastate anuomet buvo 13 kambarių, valgykla, virtuvė, po 2 maisto sandėlius bei rūsius, taip pat 6 kambariai pastogėje. Savininkui priklausė ir gretimas namas, kur buvo septyni gyvenamieji kambariai, biliardinė bei žaidimų kambarys, rūsys, virtuvė, kėgelbanas. Šalia karčemos veikė vasaros sodas su paviljonu, o kieme stovėjo fachverkinė arklidė dvylikai arklių bei ratinė 6-8 vežimams.

The restaurant interior is superb. I had a steak there, and I would not say it's not the best one that I had in Klaipeda, considering the price. Next time, I would go for another dish. Good place for a business...
