Sky 21 Terrace — Restaurant in Klaipėda

Great views over Klaipeda, but that's where my positive opinion ends. I wanted to grab a drink, but although I stood in front of the bar and then went and sat at a table for ten minutes, none of the staff ever offered me a menu or acknowledged my presence. Maybe I was supposed to ask them if it was OK if I spend money at their bar? Maybe that's the expectation here, that customers should make more of an effort than the staff do.

The place was not busy, so I'm confused why none of the staff could take a moment to ask me if I wanted anything or offer me a menu. I was willing to give the place a try, but I guess they weren't interested to serve me.

It's a nice place for photos, but I can't say if the food or drinks are any...

Took the last order around 23.00 tonight. At 23.30 the 2 waiters decided to turn off the lights in the drinking area (see photo). I kindly asked to put the lights back on as my friends and I were still having out last drink, the answer was "We are closed!". This is very unprofessional. I understand that the waiters want to go home but this is not how you treat customers/hotel clients, especially in a place where you pay extra for the environment. And at 23.45 the waiter came to our table showing our glasses saying "bar is closed" basically meaning "get out!". Also they didn't have half of the cocktails on the bar menu... Honestly avoid this bar you'll definitely have better customer service in another...

Our international group of 10 from 5 countries found this 21st floor for a great sky view of the city. The drinks are great from local beers to a cider beverage. Service is quick today before the busy night time scene. There are indoor covered seating area with accessible tables, a few out door uncovered viewing venues with seating, including a bean bag chair patio. Great views of the city. Music is very loud with English cuss words. Service...
