We Booked a room for two. First thing that catched our eyes was very unprofessional communication from a worker in reception. Second thing, the room was in another building so we had to walk with all our luggages. Came to the room and didn’t find any slippers and bathrobe. Called to receptionist and he suggested to bring it to the room. The gesture was nice. After that we decided to take a shower BUT water did not flow into the drainage, so after 1min of taking shower, I had to stop the water and wait till it goes down the drain, but it didn’t. Amberton Klaipėda suggested to change a room for us. We got a new room in the same building where the reception is located, 12 floor. The room had a stinky smell, the air conditioning system was barely working. The sound insulation is very poor, because we could hear what was going on in the other room all night long, including music and other noises. BREAKFAST. After tensed night (because of the noises) we woke up at 7am and went for a breakfast around 8am. Food was cold and it looked like leftovers from dinner.I asked staff “could you tell me what meal is that?” But the lady didn’t speak lithuanian or english so she went to summon other staff. The younger girl responded “i dont know” and when I said that the meals are cold (because we tasted it) she responded “I am new here, I dont know nothing”. In summary, the quality of the food was bad. Decided to take bicycles and have a nice saturday, go around Klaipeda city. Creaking sound coming from the bicycles, the seats were spinning, and we also had to inflate the tires ourselves. The next day, sunday we decided to visit SPA area. Came to GYM/POOL place. There was a lady in GYM/pool reception. We asked if we could get a towels and she replaid “we are out of towels, it ended”. It was 10am, how could all towers be used already???

Massage reception and massage itself were excellent and relaxing.||Parking lot was awful and broke our cars skid plate. Parking lot is really narrow and the ramps are too steep. We went to reception about this and didn't even get an apology although there were three staff members, one of them being staff leader? Staff told us that it is not hotels fault since we should have said that we have "wider/lower car" for the record, it is not extremely low or wide. Maybe hotel should inform guests while they're booking place for car? Or have a sign to warn about steep ramp? The quality of customer service was such a disappointment! Our incident with the car is obviously the lowest point but I do have to point out that reception in the spa area was so unwelcoming and the spa itself was outdated and had a funky smell in the steam sauna. Hotel room was otherwise good but lacked blinding curtains and had really thin walls so you will hear and sense more than you might want. I seriously hope that people reading this consider twice before going to that hotel, I've seen fair share of hotels but the lack of service minded people and sheer negligence of customers valuables make this worst hotel I've been to.||The hotel contacted me quickly after I wrote my review on booking.com and promised via email to pay my cars damage and were helpful. After I agreed that they would pay the damage they went completely silent - no response to phone calls or emails. They still won't take any responsibility although they say they would. Avoid this hotel. In my review you can see the damaged plastic plate from my car. I also have a video from the parking hall when the accident happened so there is no excuse from them to deny what...
