Even they've got really good coffee here in Klaipeda, and after being a regular customer of this place, I've decided to no longer come here as a go-to coffee place unfortunately. My decision is based purely on the very poor and inadequate customer service I've received recently. The waitress and barista both seem to not give a f### what a customer says, irrespective who makes a mistake (which is difficult to prove), and bluntly arguing with the customers is not the service I came here for unfortunately. I hope the managers are reading this, and if they're serious about the business, they should understand the value of s long term customer, and what losing one means. Your staff don't care about it, and attitude if you don't like, don't buy it, or I can't remake you coffee, even if it's not up your expectations or liking, then sorry, but I'll choose to support another place which got higher standards in place and care for their customers. Worst macchiato ever tasted. I ordered a macchiato with milk alternative (which I had to pay extra for). Total of over €4. I got a teaspoon of burnt vinegar with half a teaspoon of plant milk. Never tasted so bad concoction. Honestly. Could not drink it. I've lived in Italy, where I started to like and drink coffee. And I'm well travelled foody, so I've tasted a fare share of macchiatos. ⭐️☕️ Best coffee we've had in Klaipėda. The store is in a unit shared with an optician. We enjoyed oat milk cappuccinos. The coffee shop does a full range of coffees, including all the usual espresso types with milk, plus V60, Chemex etc. There's a fridge with their own range of ice-creams, all sorts of biscuits and cake (many sold by weight) and beans for sale from all over the world (roasted at Taste Map roastery in Vilnius).
