#1. The quality of food AND service is important no matter where you go. It's about knowing what you are putting into your body and being in an environment where you can appreciate every bit of that.
Personally, it's "the entire experience" that I especially look for and that becomes the fundamental reason why I return to a place.
There are places in Lithuania that haven't yet mastered the entire experience, but this is certainly not one of them. ... Vegan-friendly meal options are plentiful here, with vegan substitutions for cheese and sausage. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available, that are world-oriented with a partiality toward super-foods, with a few traditional Lithuanian meals as well. Prices are pretty similar to what you'd find in the US... one spirulina blended latte cost €3.50 and a Moroccan quinoa bowl cost €7.50. The cafe also had a great selection of unique tea blends, naturally flavored nuts, locally-made cooking oils, super-food powders and the like, and much more on display to choose from. Plenty of seating available outside, as well as cozy seating options inside.
I'll definitely be returning to try out some of the other...

During summer I visited Natural Market quite a lot, and I would spend some time reading at the place. I had some interesting encounters, and met people who were as if from the books I have been reading at the time. I had a lot of fun trying out of their menu. I took quite a few photos of the food, and would post these photos on instagram which was fun.
Besides the food you can order they have a selection of products you can buy like at a market. There are almond creams, vegan products, and various powders.
I love to order the smoothie beauty elixir because that smoothie is literally called the beauty elixir.
I love that their menu slightly changes according to the season like there are soups now when it is winter. During the summer there were bowls of frozen pudding.
This is a very convienient place to visit if you are by the old town a lot. There are libraries nearby, and there is a bookshop (sacred places). I would really recommend stopping by if you have any books...
Read moreI have dined here twice for brunch, the range of plant based options and great drinks is outstanding. Each order is prepared completely fresh, so you will wait a while, but trust me it is worth every moment. The food quality is the best I have experienced in Lithuania, the drinks and coffees are outstanding. I am not a vegan, but I enjoyed making healthier choices here. The team are friendly and meticulous in their food standards and care. Service was friendly, helpful and polite, they have menus in Lithuanian and English that is well translated. There are also lots of healthy things you can buy here. If you are a foodie, a vegan, coeliac or have other food intolerances I would highly recommend...
