We went for a dinner to this restaurant. It iš small, but really cosy. You feel like in an a friends apartment invite for a dinner. The waitress looks that they like their job, and ready to help you to choose your dinner. Not the ones you can see in restaurant without any smile on their face. In this restaurant they greet you with a huge smile, which makes you feel that you are welcome here. About the food, the portions are huge! We ate salad, hot dish and a desert. In the pictures you can see the cheese cake, hot chicken salad, and Caesar salad with chicken. We were so full after the salad, that we thought maybe to take out the rest of the meal. The food is fresh and delicious, greetings to the chef! The prices are normal for the portions you get. You get even bigger prices in Kaunas, in a bad restaurant. When we will come to Trakai, we will come back to this place! Keep up the good work!

Se avete allergie o siete celiaci state alla larga. Posto carino, personale simpatico, cibo buono. Però... Ho contattato prima di andarci i proprietari, chiedendo se c'era anche roba senza glutine, mi hanno detto che non c'era alcun problema, ottimo. Arrivo li, chiedo per l'ennesima volta sia alla cameriera che al cuoco, spiegando ESATTAMENTE cosa non potessi mangiare, sia in inglese che in lituano, mi hanno risposto "nessun problema, queste cose son senza glutine" Al tavolo ho scelto una zuppa di zucca e funghi (molto buona tra l'altro) e del tacchino con prosciutto (c'era anche del formaggio che non era scritto sul menù), patate (che in realtà era tipo una crocchetta e mi hanno assicurato che non fosse impanata), del timo, una specie di "corallo" rosso di qualcosa non ben definito (che alla fine s'è rivelato una cialda in FARINA DI GRANO) e la salsa di mirtilli (che pure quella conteneva pezzetti di quella cialda), il gusto era particolare, può piacere o no (a me non molto), ma quando per la quinta volta ho chiesto alla cameriera se era sicura che non ci fosse pane, farina o glutine in generale e mi ha risposto di si, le ho chiesto della cialda. Mi ha risposto che era "decorativa", grazie, allora mettimi una barra di plutonio decorativa già che ci sei. E quindi nulla, son dovuto andare in bagno (minuscolo) a vomitare tutto altrimenti avrei rischiato di andare in ospedale. Son stati abbastanza gentili da non farmi pagare il tacchino e li ho avvisati che se uno dice che è celiaco o che ha allergie e gli si mette sul piatto la stessa cosa che ha chiesto specificatamente di non mettere, non è il massimo. Nel dubbio non ci torno, ma magari la prossima volta stanno più attenti. Riassumendo, cibo non male, prezzi medio alti (per la lituania), servizio buono, location carina ma assolutamente bocciato per conoscenze culinarie (non so cosa sia l'equivalente dei corsi HACCP in lituania, ma sicuramente non li hanno fatti)

Beautifully decorated and comfortable little restaurant. I had the bacon-wrapped chicken stuffed with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes which was absolutely delicious; all the flavours in the dish complemented each other perfectly. The rhubarb lemonade was also excellent. Service from Victoria was spot-on - polite and attentive. It was very quiet in there for a Saturday night (only one other table) but I assume this is because we are now out of high season. I would definitely go back to this restaurant if I was ever in Trakai again!

This place became our usual place to eat out when we are staying in Trakai. Always tasty food no matter what you pick. The whole menu is so different to the usual trakai caffes. Obviously, it does have traditional dishes, but you can also get stir fry or a nice duck. Variety of soups and salads and other bits. Great choices for little ones, too. Su aptarnavimu viskas beveik gerai, bet su maistu kažkas ne taip. Lankėmės tuo metu kai be mūsų buvo gal dar staliukas ar du, taip, kad mūsų manymu viskas turėjo vykti sklandžiai. Gėrimai iki mūsų keliavo ilgokai. Užsisakėme keletą kokteilių, ir pora limonadų. Taip pat užsisakėme ir stalo vandens, kurį gal būtų geriau gauti prieš kokteilius, jei jau reikia kokteilių laukti apie 15-20min. Užsisakinėdami pabrėžėme, kad pradžioje norime gauti užkandžius, o tik tada sriubas. Ir aišku viską...
