Read moreI today visited the place with high hopes, as the reviews and descriptions suggested there would be vegan-friendly options, particularly for kibinai. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I double-checked with the staff and was told that the kibinai were not suitable for vegans.
What made the situation worse was that the woman on the classier refused to offer a refund and only suggested giving us pastries instead. While I understand that mistakes happen, not being able to get a refund for something we couldn’t eat was very frustrating, especially given how dietary restrictions should be taken seriously.

The tables felt a bit unstable, which made it easy to accidentally spill drinks while eating. The kibinai, although popular and flavorful inside, had a rather dry pastry and were smaller than expected.
