I’ve reserved a table using Tablein. Got confirmation of reservation. While reserving - i have been given several options. Unfortunately, when we have reached restaurant on given time - we were told that our reservation was declined by them and some magical notification was sent by them.
It was really awkward situation to stay there and no option to be given. After some time - we were proposed someone’s reserved table - so not to make others to be embarrassed same way - we have left.
My honest suggestion for staff - to learn using IT systems. And in case of manual cancellation- be so kind and call a client directly.

Every dish was splendid! Sehr gut german beer too! Also staff was very attentive and at the same time you could not feel their presence. The three of us had coffee in the end and one, when asked if anything for him, said no thanks. We joked that wonder how your 'no thank you' will look like. The waiter refused to make a well-done rib eye or steak for my guest, saying, "We don't spoil good meat." So,ok,I may understand the chef,but doubt - this service.. I ordered chicken with potatoes and girolle mushrooms in double cream for my guest and a grilled goat cheese salad for myself.
