Big plus to Radvilė – the only person who was genuinely smiling, happy, and kind to us from the service side. Keep her, tip her, appreciate her!

Starting with the positives: the fries were incredible, seriously addictive – you could eat them endlessly! The kimchi was amazing too, definitely 5 stars. Sauces were super fresh and flavorful, another 5 stars.

Drinks, however, were way too expensive for Vilnius. Please reconsider the pricing.

Now, the main course (steak) – sadly, a huge disappointment. There was a strange taste to the meat that completely ruined it for me. Honestly, it was the worst part of the entire meal. I’d rate it 1/5.

Atmosphere: nice decor and cozy vibe, but the space is small and overcrowded. You end up feeling like you’re sitting at the same table with other guests. The blonde hostess managing the queue was very rude – we didn’t know about the QR code system, and she practically yelled at us to wait outside. That really ruined the mood at first. Thankfully, Radvilė turned things around with her kindness, even letting us change seats when we were sitting near the drafty door. She truly saved the experience.

About the “unlimited fries” – yes, you can get them, but you have to ask repeatedly.

There also seemed to be too few waiters, and the staff looked overwhelmed. Two accidents happened while we were there – one server dropped an entire steak, and another broke a glass. It was chaotic, but I understand they were in a rush. Maybe just hire a few more people for smoother service.

Overall: I wouldn’t go back, mainly because of the steak – which should have been the highlight. The place feels overhyped. If you want a much better steak for half the price, head to London...

Simply great! ✨ The concept of the restaurant is truly attractive: enjoy a steak with an unlimited amount of fries (though we didn’t go for seconds as we were already full). They also offer a nice selection of sauces to pair with both fries and steak - and no, you won’t find ketchup here, because these sauces are worth every dip.

The food overall was excellent! The steak was perfectly cooked - moist, tender, and melted in the mouth. The fries were just as impressive. There’s also a wide range of side dishes, from kimchi to roasted beetroot with cheese - something for every taste!

And we can’t forget the dessert - the burnt cheesecake is to die for! Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweet.

We left this place happy and absolutely full - so don’t let your eyes fool you! Thanks to this restaurant, we had a lovely evening and will definitely be coming...

The entrance system really needs improvement. It’s confusing and leaves many guests disappointed. We arrived before 7 PM hoping to join either a live queue or a waiting list, but apparently, the queue system no longer exists - something that isn’t communicated clearly anywhere. On top of that, the waiting list was closed when we got there, only to be told it would reopen in an hour. It just doesn’t make any sense. Why not keep it open and let people decide if they’re willing to wait? Or simply move to timed 1 hour slot reservations like other places. Just don’t introduce system that you are unable to execute. The disorganization, combined with a rather rude hostess at the door, really spoiled...

I really enjoyed the restaurant’s concept – high-quality Uruguayan steak served with your choice of marinade, sauce, and sides. The best part? The insanely delicious fries are unlimited and get refilled as soon as you finish them! We also tried the shrimp salad, which was amazing. Among the sides, I especially loved the mac & cheese croquettes and the pickled, super-crispy cauliflower. Of course, we couldn’t skip dessert: the cheesecake was wonderful, and the ice cream with meringue and cherries was an absolute treat. Highly recommended!
