They open early which was a good thing. Delicious sandwich. We ordered the croissant sandwich and baguette sandwich which we asked the staff to heat up. When we got it, everything became so flat. The croissant and baguette lost its form. Anyway they were delicious. For drinks, we had black coffee and hot chocolate. We paid a total of €12.40 The interior of the restaurant is nice with cozy atmosphere. Service is a bit slow otherwise she is nice and friendly although no smile.

Not great customer service. The barista was very off with us when we entered, and treated us like she wished we weren't there. The service was slow (for others as well as us), and the chai latte I was served wasn't up to Caffeine's usual standards. The chai powder wasn't even mixed in.

Terribly dissatisfied with the service. Barista Paulina seems to be in no hurry to get anywhere. The queue is huge, not collected in work and in service. I would like to see a person standing there who understands what he is doing and for what purpose, not at a loss to make a bunch of...

Really nice, small caffeine, the worker at the date 06.07. was absolutely incredible, even though she was teaching a new worker. It took a bit longer than usual, but it was no problem at all because the drinks tasted amazing. Very good customer service, she did everything by the book, we left...
