I recently had the pleasure of trying the dim sum at Jibby Chow, and it was truly an impressive experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable meal.
What stood out to me the most was the incredible variety of dim sum flavors available. Whether you’re a traditionalist or someone looking for a creative twist, there’s something for everyone here. The menu was well organized, making it easy to explore all the different options.
I started with the classic superior siu mai, and it did not disappoint. The dumpling was packed with juicy, flavorful meat, cooked to perfection. Next, I tried their crystal har gow (shrimp dumplings), which were delicate and bursting with fresh shrimp flavor. The balance of textures slightly chewy skin with a tender filling was spot on.
The more adventurous options were a pleasant surprise! The truffle infused dumplings had just the right hint of earthiness without overpowering the dish, and the radish cake brought just enough heat to elevate the wok hey flavors. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s dedication to quality and innovation.
Beyond the dim sum, the service was friendly and attentive. Our server was knowledgeable and eager to offer recommendations, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Jibby Chow is a hidden gem for dim sum lovers. With its wide range of flavors, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s a spot I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a delicious dim sum experience with a variety of options to...

We made a booking online and were seated within five minutes of arrival.
The menu consists of a range of dim sum (available until 8 PM), à la carte options, and an extensive drinks list. We sampled several dim sum items, including the steamed prawn dumplings, which came in a portion of three and were of excellent quality. The steamed prawn dumplings and taro carrot dish dim sum was also delicious, though the portion was small.
The half duck was well-prepared was quite fatty and rich but expensive for the portion.
Two other items, the deep-fried prawn dumpling and deep-fried yam, were delayed and required a reminder, but they turned out to be just as tasty, with the yam being a standout.
Drinks were another highlight. The “La La Lychee ” — a blend of lychee ice and whole lychee was refreshing; and the coconut drink-a mix of coconut water, coconut milk, and whole lychee pieces, was rich and satisfying.
However, service left something to be desired. Staff seemed unsure of their roles, often hovering over the table without clearing plates unless prompted. The timing of food delivery was also a bit disjointed, with dim sum arriving both before and after mains, which disrupted the flow of the meal.
Overall, Jibby Chew is worth visiting for the quality of its food and unique menu, but be prepared for small portions, premium prices, and café-style ambience. Service could definitely use...

We were very lucky to be able to secure the nice table for our Party of 7. We were very well attended by Kimi, the Manager, who had gone out of his way to ensure our utmost comfort and satisfaction. In fact, we felt so much at home and didnt want to leave!
Najwa being the most familiar with the menu, ordered the whole Peking Duck, which is obviously the main attraction here. Eiden was so taken by this special delicacy, that he insisted on preparing his own Duck Pancake Wrap. He even made a video content to demonstrate it, which only proved his failure to wrap properly...
