I’m thrilled to share my experience at this bakery’s second outlet! As expected, the bread was fantastic freshly baked and full of flavor. They have truly upheld the high standards set by their original location, which is why I keep coming back. Every bite was a reminder of their commitment to quality and freshness.

The atmosphere at this location was also worth mentioning. They have a lovely outdoor seating area, which is both cozy and spacious. Whether you want a quick coffee break or plan to spend a relaxing afternoon, the seating arrangements make for a perfect spot to unwind.

The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in, and they were happy to answer my questions about the menu and make recommendations.

Overall, this bakery delivers an excellent combination of delicious food, a great ambiance, and exceptional service. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick snack or planning to stay a while, it’s definitely worth a visit....

One of your man staff who is wearing spec is being super rude.

I purchased some bread from from the store and it is for takeaway. I requested a paper bag with handle for some breads I purchased.

And the staff just say "Are you serious? And then giggle his way out." this is super disrespectful and not acceptable.

The reason I asked for paper bag with handle is so that it is easier to carry since I am also taking other shopping bag at the same time.

I totally understand if there is no paper bag to be given if told properly like if it is a Company policy or that I need to be charged extra for paper bag. But the staff react as if I am someone ridiculous or stupid with a very rude behaviour.

What is worst is as I thought to reach out to them both in instagram message and whatsapp and told them about this but no one replies.

Service is bad, breadbus hard as rock. Never...

I’ve been here multiple times, and i really appreciate the hospitality the workers here gave me. very helpful when it comes to suggesting menus based on our taste buds. the selection of breads arent that wide but depends on days. and also im not sure whether their breads are daily fresh or how, but there are days where i dislike my cake slice and muffins, while there are days it taste fresh, as in the taste has no mushy-ness. but overall, i enjoy my experience here. i also like their focaccia, cinnamon roll, and red bean twist. yes there are certain expensive menus, but definitely u can get cheaper ones with good taste. its outside sitting but i dont mind sitting outside although malaysia weather panas bcs they have wooden blinds to keep u away from direct sunlight. love it here! and will always come here...
