Ok its a simple mamak cafe with simple meals choices. For a quick bfast or quick lunch, this place is ideal.

All 5 🌟 . Dont get me wrong. Like i said its comparable to the likes of Q Bistro but with less choices. Taste wise, all have sufficient taste n flavours. Tasty chutney and even the curry tasted good.

Nasi lemak ( beras basmathi) has the lemak taste . Sambal is a bit spicy but depends on your personal taste la. The only thing is, just like to mention for them to improve ,is the tose rawa.

Maybe it needs to be slightly softer and should have more ingredients added inside like chillies , onions etc. If its too plain, u might as well call it plain tose. 😁👍

Eggs are clean and the toast are crispy. So like I said, sufficient .😁 Price is slightly above average mamak..slightly la. They have ceylon and masala tea for some change in beverages other than the local drinks.

So, because it opens at 7 am, im glad to have this joint as an early option. Parking is sufficient in the area.

I have yet to try other meals but im happy to...

Overall, we had a terrible experience at the store. We ordered 5 sets of banana leaf rice and each person was supposed to get 3 types of vegetables. After serving the second type of vegetable to 2 person, they ran out of vegetables. They told us that they will be replacing with something else but it only came out much later.

We were also told that we are not allowed to have second servings which was super foreign to me since all banana leaf places that I have been to, allowed us to do so.

The service offered by the staffs were also poor as the staffs were always not attending to customers. The service received did not commensurate with the 10% service tax paid.

Will definitely not come back to this...

I recently visited Caasi and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I asked about ordering thosai and was told the chef would arrive in 10 minutes. Trusting this information, I decided to order drinks while waiting. After 15 minutes, I followed up only to be informed that the thosai chef was not coming at all!

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If the chef was unavailable, I should have been informed right away instead of being misled and wasting my time. Such poor communication and disregard for customers’ time is not what I expect from a restaurant.

I hope Caasi takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend...
