AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered 3 mains as shown in the receipt. Rice dishes were served first but without the sides although orders were made as a set, took around 20 mins for the sides to be served… when the main was almost already finished.
On top of that, clam vermicelli took an hour to be prepared… asked waitress to check on the missing vermicelli and was told would check with the kitchen but no feedback from that. Then after an hour wait (see time in the order receipt and time food was served) the vermicelli was finally served… with no apology or whatever from the service crew, instead a questioning attitude asking “is everything served now??!” How is this even possible when the broth is the same as the soup that came together with the lemongrass chicken rice, yet took A WHOLE HOUR to prepare??!! And amidst all these, sides still not served although ordered as a meal.
When we thought the ordeal was finally over, the so called “clam vermicelli” only had 4 tiny clams with meat. The other clams were either only shell with no flesh, or clams that were unopened (refer to attached pic for these clams) Even the aforementioned soup that came with the rice dish had more clam meat than the vermicelli. Ordered a 150g portion but the portion served was more like a 100g, how am I expected to be okay with this after an hour’s wait and the sides not even being served???
I’d personally avoid giving bad reviews to restaurants unless it is necessary but this is not the first time I’ve had such unpleasant experience at this restaurant…. Our dishes were only served after 40 mins during our first visit and this was the second time.
Please go to other eateries in the mall… you can spend the money elsewhere with much quality food and service…. Even the food court has better food and serves faster…sigh…

Read moreToday when we dined in for lunch around 12.40pm-1.00pm, we encountered one extremely rude waitress. Young chinese girl (didnt manage to get her name). She asked us if our wantan set has been served to which we replied not yet, and also told her that the dish she was serving us at that moment was not what we ordered. Thinking that we didnt answer her question (when in actual fact she misunderstood us), she rudely asked us again if our wantan set has arrived. We gave her the same answer and said that she was bringing the wrong order. She got pissed, grumbled and walked off. We told another waitress that that staff was being rude to us but unfortunately no apology was made.
Please investigate this issue and train your staff to offer professional customer service, even when the crowd gets bigger during peak time! And also train them how to address matters like this appropriately instead of just walking off and pretend like nothing happened. If they cant perform under pressure, just sack them! Read moreVisited the restaurant yesterday for dinner. Queued up at 630 and got a table at 645. The waitress at the entrance handed us the menu and took our order while we were in line.
We waited until 715 and decided to ask another waitress about our food. Turned out that our order was not entered! We were really dumbfounded. Why bother taking our order at the queue and not submitting it?
The waitress helped us to place our order and said food will arrive in 10 minutes. In the end I waited until 745 for my food to finally arrive.
The restaurant is clearly short-handed and managed by many part-time and inexperienced staff (judging from the fact that they were not even wearing proper uniform).
I also noticed that while clearing up the table, the food debris from the table ended up on the chairs, which we had to clean up ourselves before seated.
