(1) Kampua - noodles tossed in shallot oil or lard with fried shallots and BBQ pork. (2) Ding Bian Hu - rice flour based noodles in a delicious broth of thinly sliced squid and juicy pork balls. (3) Soh Mien - thin rice noodles served in a hearty bowl of egg soup or chicken broth with red wine. (4) Hong Ngan - thick rice noodles with preserved mustard greens giving it a unique and slightly sourish but pleasant taste.

The roti kahwin was delicious, and it came with a boiled egg, which was also good.
Would recommend improving the service speed and cleanliness, as the place looked a bit messy and unorganized during peak hours.
