When we booked a table, we were not informed that there were no chairs - had to stand all night - ok fine but would prefer to be informed in advanced so we can decide if we want to come or not. Next one - ordered a beer tower and took 30mins to arrive… and it wasn’t a tower, only 2 jars of beer. Beer tower gives a vibe. At the end, we will shortchanged because 1. we stood the whole night while others had chairs (lack of chairs is not a big issue - just prepare more extra chairs next time coz the bar gets full fast on weekends) 2. came for a beer TOWER, got beer JARS, which again, no advanced notice was given. took forever to arrive to like??? please improve your 1. customer service 2. informing customers in advanced when something changes (eg: no chairs, no beer towers). it was my sister’s birthday and she wanted to spend time having fun and this is what we get lol. pls improve but honestly i dont want to...

Had a bad experience here, ordered the iberico pork ribs plus others. One hour after we ordered, we went to check up on our order again and was told the pork ribs order wasnt taken. We told them if you can make it for us straight away we are still willing to order it but if not we can cancel the order. They mentioned can, so we proceeded.

Half an hour later the order was still not here and when we checked they kept saying its otw and cannot cancel as they were making it. So only 2 hours after we arrived the pork ribs arrived. Not much in the way of an apology except a rushed sorry for the late order then the waiter went away.

For RM59, there was also only 4 ribs, and 2 of them were mostly bone. Quite an unpleasant...
