The vibe here is nice but nothing really special about this place. Systematic parking system with security guards but still outdated (still using a ticket). This is a banking area with many upmarket food outlets. There are fast food, western, Japanese, hotpots, local cuisine, bakeries food outlets. Just to mention a few. There is a block of hotel being built. It's almost complete. There is also a SOHO. I suggest NO food bazaars during festive seasons. They disrupt the upmarket atmosphere. Terrible management for CNY Bazaar 2023, I am an ehailing driver, so prior to event have confirmed with management no charge for entry ticket (for ehailing cars) but during event they charge instead. So all ehailing drivers need to at least charged once to know this, they say need tell customer beforehand. Terrible management, one day one decision.
