PINTARMAN SUITES @ MIRI TIMES SQUARE — Hotel in Borneo

Love the location. This place has everything we need. Eateries, pharmacies, banks, lounges, bakery... the facility is quite nice. The only downside is the hygiene. The water heater wires are hanging out of the main unit. I had to wrap the wires with a plastic bag to avoid being electrocuted. The bathroom ceiling is broken and looks shady. I am buying Clorox Multipurpose Cleaner to clean the place. I seldom use clorox unless for stubborn stains. Don't get me wrong. I like the place, they just have to upgrade...

Very disappointing stay. When I arrived, they said the booked unit wasn’t ready and moved me to another one temporarily - extremely inconvenient. The apartment was dirty, full of the owner’s belongings and trash. Windows were covered with black garbage bags, kitchen cabinets locked, and the landline kept ringing for unpaid bills. The internet stopped working, and the manager refused to fix it despite the listing saying Wi-Fi included. I had to move out in the middle of my stay....

The place is very clean & tidy. All the facility is available in the property. The KFC, Mami Sambal, Hungry Dragon Food Court & Regiustea Coffee shop with in 50 meters only.

The check in and check out facilty also very good. The reception are open 8:00am to 8:00pm and service are available 24hrs on request.
