I Love Yoo! City Mall — Restaurant in Borneo

Went there to tapau lunch,but all of the noodle menus are not available (it is only 11am ish). So i grabbed 1 pandan bean bun and red bean bun and 1 cold soy bean drink. The buns tasted like overnight bun because it was hard but still edible, not expected to this quality for the price. And the cold soy bean, it tasted blunt, like already mixed with too much water. And for this cold soy bean price rm6.50 in my opinion is very overpriced and i wont go again. I used to love this chain and frequently went countless times before MCO. 2. I have to take my own order, not send by the staff?! After ordering..want to pay buat the staff ignoring me until my order is done..
3. not enough raw ingredient..can't make my order...but tell Cust not enough raw ingredient? Then what am I gonna do help them to buy the ingredients to make my order? Just straightly tell the menu are...

used to be better before the pandemic, staff are friendly but the food is always stale, overcooked and gross (it's not exactly budget priced) I hope they can recover back to pre pandemic levels because the curry chicken and porridge used to be really good :( EDIT: improved already, porridge and yotiao tastes...
