Devil Taiwanese Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Sarawak

Looks like I was unlucky when I got here. We ordered 2 sets of combo A and a set of combo B but the waiter only wrote down 2 sets of orders. Then my friend had to wait for a while only to realize they gave the wrong flavor for the chicken. My friend complained to the staffs, and instead of.giving her a new correct one, they PUT HER CHICKEN AGAIN IN THE FRY and then add the proper flavor. They did not give her the new one. Well I never think that's the proper way when you make a wrong serve for your customer 😥. Actually the chicken itself tasted fairly good, it's just the season that doesn't fit my taste

I'm a fried chicken lover graduated from Taiwan. I would say Devil chicken Kuching never let me down. The fried chicken was thick yet so tender and juicy 💁🏻 Skin was Crispy too! The fries was so so but the sweet potato fries was greatttt!!! The pearl milk tea wasn't my cup of tea. But who cares? Devil chicken specializes in fried chicken not milk tea right? First of all, should state your average waiting time is more than 20 minutes over the counter or at the entrance. Secondly, what's the point of the queuing number if your staffs failed to prepare in an orderly manner? My number was 31 but 32 and 33 got their orders before me (32 ordered a combo meal which was quite similar to mine), and I was told to wait for another 10 minutes.
