Cockroach in my food . Ordered wat tan ho and found a cockroach in it when I was almost done eating 🤢🤢🤮 told the lady boss that I don’t want a new one anymore and got them to refund. If they are good at business they would’ve offered to refund my entire order list. Mum ordered Sarawak laksa and taste was mediocre (meh). Their signature kon lau chicken cutlet noodle was also nothing much to shout about. Just salty in general, probably that’s how the general public like it. I think I only feel safe to only eat their bread here and the kuih that they are selling on the side because that’s supplied by outsider. This is my second time dining here and after this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s an eatery’s responsibility to keep the kitchen clean and free from all these bugs but when you walk from the back you can judge an eatery’s hygiene just by looking at the kitchen. I’ve dined at places with open kitchen, very clean and systematic too. This owner owns other eatery in kk. Good luck. Not gonna name the rest, and I won’t be visiting...
Read moreThe place is located in the middle of Lido Square and I could imagine the challenges reaching this place during a busy afternoon considering the limited parking during week days. (Note: Lido Square have some offices around here. Parking can be scarce from Mon-Fri).
Anyway, let's talk about the shop. Service is good with smiles and some efficiency. The atmosphere is good as the shop is located in a closed air-conditioned lot. For my standards, i'm not a picky eater but it's the typical chinese dishes and they tasted nice. I didn't try the western foods (i think i'll try those next time).
The food pricing is 1-2 ringgit above the average market price and that's alright because of the atmosphere and the nice surroundings kinda justifies it. When I brought my family here, we payed around RM41.50 for a meal for 3. I enjoyed Sweet & Sour Prawns and my wife tried out Penang Char Kuey Teow. Of course the CKT wasn't as good as Penang's and she would rate is as a 4-out-of-5.
I'll probably come back to this place again and try out the...

First time coming into this shop. Customer service was nice, warm greetings by owner and straight to taking orders. You will need to write down your order on a paper and pay at counter beforehand.
It does not take long time for our food to be prepared. Taste wise, ordered konlo mee and chicken cutlet, the noodles taste a little bit bland, however the chicken cutlet was nice. Ordered some bread toast and half boiled egg as well. Tried some laksa, but for the laksa theres only Three (3) prawn inside 😅. Drink was great too, ordered some signature kopi ping kaw, including green tea latte.
The interior decoration was nice as well, it gives out authentic oriental vibe to the customer with mixture of green and red (Tanglung) to the customers. Price range can be a bit expensive, 4 meals and drinks including 2 set of toast bread with half boiled egg cost about RM90+.
Overall great eatery place...
