i had a really bad day so i wanted to treat myself. normally i will only buy from ITCC branch, but i decided to try here. ordered my drink and requested for half sugar. but tasted my drink, it’s still so sweet like full sugar 😅 maybe didnt hear my request, so its okay. i just add water. but i would like to comment on the staff attitude. no greeting, no thank you, no smile. lady at counter also give me such a side eye! first time witnessing this kind of attitude from cashier. damn. but when i got my drink, me as the customer is the one who said ‘thank u’ instead but even so didnt get a response from the male staff. only stared at me like 😒 face. i felt so unwelcomed 😂 what to do la. but it did leave a bad impression for me. my bad day just felt worse 🥲 hopefully they can improve on their...

Very friendly and helpful staff! Ordered my all time favourite Sparkling Plum Tea. Taste so good! Ambience is chill, the environment is cozy and very clean. Wonderful interior design, modern and unique. You can play some board games for free too. They prepared some board games for customer to chill with their friends. I am korean and I can not speak bahasa malayu.I visited here almost everyday in last week. They were so kind and always laugh. Also Try to help me. I really wanted to and I tried to visit there say good bye to them but I couldn't Due to theres no parking space...taste and staff everything were great. I hope their boss can read this review.
