Dishonest way of doing business and unpleasant experience. Be careful if you visiting this dimsum stall, try to make yourself look like a “local” instead of tourist to avoid paying extra money.
Initially the aunty charged us for RM330 (around RM50 per pax) despite we ordered not many dishes. After realised we are friends to another stall owner at the foodcourt, the aunty quickly volunteered to recalculate again (worrying that our friend would expose her dishonest conduct). The final amount she charged was RM250 (around RM35 per pax), how would she mistakenly with RM80 difference?
We being kind to let her passed without requesting her to categorize all the dimsum and calculate again with clear price indicated. But 100% won’t visit nor recommend this place to others.
Food wise, ingredients like shrimp and meat were not fresh, making the cheecheongfun, siewmai, harkow and many other dishes not up to expectation, definitely not worth the price paid. You can get better dimsum with lower price at town area.
Again, please beware when dining at this stall. They are dishonest in charging...

Although the Dim Sum may not look very fresh (as we went to the restaurant very late at about 1:30 pm, and they are about to close the dim sum section), they tasted good. The shrimp dumplings (蝦餃,燒賣, etc) are delicious, like Hong Kong Dim sum.
The Char Ho fun is good too (有鑊氣)。 The main chef has over 40 years of experience. One thing that I like this restaurant is that the chefs are locals. The assistants are imported labours. This will ensure that the taste of the food and skills will pass on to the next generation and will not be loss due to departure of the imported...
Read moreAs a Chinese who is very picky when it comes to Chinese cousine, I highly recommend this dim sum restaurant. My local friend introduced this restaurant to me and we came in early morning. Ordered 流沙包,虾饺,凤爪,鲜虾烧卖,etc, I've got to say, it's incrediblely delicious. All fresh and tasty. Especially the 流沙包,it's a must try.
Even better, the price is more than reasonable. No wonder lots of people eating here even it’s early in the morning. After breakfast, we walked by the beach. It's such a beautiful experience....
