Bei Tou Squid Snack — Restaurant in George Town

Very disappointed with the service. Most of the staff are not attentive and hardly interact with customers. One of the past experiences, asked for chili which already finished, the lady staff said will ask kitchen to refill but no one informed when the chili was refilled. The lady staff/cashier looks moody and I haven't seen a single smile on her face every time I visited there which is a bit unacceptable to me as service quality is something I can't give in for F&B line. I used to dine in this branch once or twice per week but have reduced my visit as getting more and more disappointed with their service. 3 stars for the atmosphere as I am not comfortable to enjoy my meal with such poor service although the place is clean. As a food enthusiast, I came across this F&B profile on google a while back, but the menu didn’t really catch my eye. It looked pretty basic to me. However, today I was in the mood to eat something simple, so I decided to give it a shot.

Drove all the way there (can’t help myself when I get a whiff of good food) and wow, I was completely wrong! The service was top notch, the ambiance was cozy and the food? Perfect 10! Their lunch sets range from RM14 to RM24+, with option to upgrade the drinks for just a few extra bucks.

just now went and take away from this restaurant and we actually ordered 2 bowl of rice - 1bowl with meant and another only egg and a bowl of noodles- with no noodles...when we going to enjoy our meal we saw this (refer to the 1st photo). After that we call and feedback to the shop..they say will do a new one and send to us , and we have also mentioned that the current one we have start eating .. they say is ok that we can. have the food and they will send us the new one ... please refer to the 2nd photo...this is what we received... only noodles (question: where is the soup)... expecting we just eat the noodles without soup? what we expected is they make a new set for us .. but what we received please refer to the second...
