Services worse than in a normal cafe shop... First needs to wait for a table, given a very small strikers will a number on it so small you need to get it close your eyes to know what lucky number given.. Secondly after a long wait, number being called... Needs to play attention to what number being called up. Don't feel happy just yet even after being shown to available table... Needs to wait for a waiter to make an order... Then waited for the food... Finally when the food make it to your table still needs to wait for a spoon , will take another minute or so .. Thirdly or should said before going back with a very bad experience , get your small piece paper of what being order... Take it to the counter and wait again to make the payment ... How good is the food without a Good Services ? You be the judge to it .. Still very fresh in memory, service tips only given when the customer happy with the Services provided, now the customer definitely or should I said have to pay the 10% services tax and 6 % government tax. One very good thing is , in this place there's no Services tax if not it's truly a very very bad experience to start a brand new year 2021.. For all and I mean every placed that charges 10% service tax, please please please give us the customer at very least a reasonable service. I really like the environment of the place, the staff are nice, the breakfast was good, and the prices are very reasonable.

Although some of the seating is personally not comfortable to me, its very trivial.

If you order anything with eggs, the eggs will be runny, so if you dont want runny eggs, do inform the kitchen to cook your eggs more.

Edit Since last visit:

A lot of the food is not worth the price due to the portions. And I get that hiring family will reduce business cost but I'm sorry, some of the staff are under-trained for the job. They got 3 orders wrong. Wrong drink, forgot a part of the breakfast and the special remarks given for the drink(no sugar) was...

I've been there today

1.Wrong order being served ( we're tolerable)

2.Slow service - we've been waiting for the waiter to take the order from us and no one Literally NO ONE pay attention , we had to go to the counter and place our order, later on we saw the waiter went to the other table and took their order

After being served for the wrong order, we've ordered a new plate of food but they didn't prioritize us but left us there waiting for the plate of food for 20-30 mins and my friend just decided to not wait and just get food on the way back

I've been an old customer but the portion has been decreasing and the price is not worth ( NOT A GOOD...
