Ordered package C for Chinese New Year reunion dinner. For RM938 it was a major disappointment. The chicken is dry, super bland & hard. We ordered two types of chicken, didnt expect the second type of chicken to be 2/3 fish cake 1/3 actual chicken meat. Wax meat rice is basically plain rice with lap chong. The portions are all so small. The only thing that was worth the price is maybe the curry prawns & fish. Everything else in the package C is just done badly. If anything it feels like they cooked it in large bulk n hence loses the flavours etc. Also i found strands of hair in the soup. The eggplant is undercooked so hard to chew. Super underwhelming never coming back :) at least not during CNY! Super not worth it for 938 what a scam! If i want to further nitpick the ginger they dont even chop it up into smaller pieces.. just left with huge chunks.. how to get the...
Read moreA "Most Enjoyable" Seafood Restaurant! This Restaurant is well located in "Precinct 10", in Tanjung Tokong [located near the North-East coast of Penang]. We were there for a Chinese New Year celebration- and had a large table, on the cool and quiet "outdoor patio". The service was very good and the variety of dishes was excellent- with a balance between seafood, vegetarian and "non-seafood". Our group was composed of Asians and "non-Asians... and all really enjoyed the food and the evening. One is also able to bring alcoholic beverages- with no additional charge. A visit to this restaurant, by a couple or a larger group will not only be rewarded with enjoyment- but also a "most memorable" evening! Give it a try- and see for yourselves.
I hope that this Review has...

The pricing is reasonable for the location and the ambience. Hope they can continue to maintain the prices at the current level. Gave one star less because one or 2 areas that need improvement. It is not a good idea for the staff to do food prep work ( cutting dried mushroom) in the dining once the restaurant has opened for business. Also to noticed the waitress stacking plates of rice when delivering them to the tables. This is unhygienic as the exposed rice is in contact with the bottom of...
